- participate in the design, development, and implementation of proposed solutions for clients
- Conduct research and identify relevant insights on sectors, market conditions, tools & best practices, and other areas
- Propose approaches, methodologies, and ideas for the design and development of solutions, tools, and client deliverables
- Participate in client engagements by conducting data and information gathering; mapping process, policy, and authorities, as well as presenting solutions to clients
- Propose, design, and develop solutions and tools
- Assume project management and project coordination responsibilities where needed
- Assist/guide team members (business analysts) if needed
