Open Position: Commercial & Hospitality Planning Manager (Investment and Management Company)

An Investment and Management Company is currently hiring a Commercial & Hospitality Planning Manager to join them in the Pahang office.

Key responsibilities includes:

• More than 6 years experience in Project Management successfully managing projects such as efficiency and effectiveness improvement projects optimization of process resources planning cost savings and etc
  
• Direct monitor and evaluate the strategic planning and business planning (shortterm and longterm).
  
• Prepares financial models for new business development initiatives.
  
• Contribute to the planning and/or development of strategic initiatives across Commercial & Hospitality sectors.
  
• Create and take part in committees to supervise direct or carry out projects while elevating any complaints issues or matters for Senior Managements approval.
  
• Possessing a Project Management Certificate are a nice thing to add.
  
• Great problem solving communication and leadership skills.
  
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
