With a strong commitment to client service and a reputation for excellence they are currently experiencing significant growth in their clinical negligence department. As part of their ambitious expansion plans they are seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Lawyer to join their dynamic Clinical Negligence team.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Lawyer to contribute to the success of our clients expanding clinical negligence department. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals handling a variety of clinical negligence cases and contributing to the firms ambitious growth plans.


Requirements

  • Case Management: Handle a caseload of clinical negligence matters from inception to resolution ensuring highquality service to clients.
  • Legal Research: Conduct legal research and stay abreast of developments in clinical negligence law to provide informed and uptodate advice.
  • Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients keeping them informed about the progress of their cases and addressing any concerns.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior lawyers and partners within the clinical negligence department fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Legal Documentation: Draft review and prepare legal documents including pleadings motions and settlement agreements.
  • Court Representation: Represent clients in court proceedings mediations and settlement negotiations as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Legal Qualification: Qualified solicitor with experience in clinical negligence law.
  • Ambitious Mindset: A strong desire to contribute to the growth and success of the clinical negligence department and the firm as a whole.
  • Excellent Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients and colleagues.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute positively to the firms culture.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
