We are currently recruiting Registrars Emergency Medicine to join the team on a fulltime fixed term basis commencing February 2025.

77000 presentations per year with an admission rate of approximately 30%
FACEMlead teambased care
Excellent varied casemix providing a broad clinical experience. This includes Paediatrics (approximately 17 % of presentation) Obstetrics & Gynaecology and Stroke Service.
The Position
Manages Emergency Department (ED) patients under the direction of Emergency Medicine Consultants.
Supportive FACEMlead teambased care
Ensures a relevant history and physical examination have been conducted on each patient and ensures all patient management documentation is completed.
Supervises and provides advice to afterhours junior medical staff relating to clinical management of patients.
Liaises with resident and oncall medical staff regarding patient concerns.
Liaises with oncall consultants regarding departmental concerns.
Participates in afterhours and weekend rosters.

Salary: $117083 to $160639 per annum plus 11% superannuation
A full time position working 80 hours per fortnight working
