CivilGeotechnical Engineer

Multistate design firm is seeking a Senior Civil/Geotechnical Engineer with a focus on dam projects for their team in Fayetteville Arkansas!

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership/project management for water resources projects
  
• Tasks include inspection investigation evaluation design and construction of both existing and new dams reservoirs levees and hydraulic structures
  
• Promote high standards and exceed industry standards
  
• Develop/review design calculations engineering reports construction drawings and technical specifications
  
• Conduct seniorlevel review of construction documents (calculations plans specifications)
  
• Assist with business development
  
• Build/maintain client relationships
  
• Coordinate project workloads with multiple offices
  
• Represent firm at networking events
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in civil engineering from an ABETaccredited program
  
• 12 years of experience in hydrology hydraulics geotechnical and/or structural engineering
  
• PE License
  
• Proficient in evaluating construction drawings and technical specifications
  
• Knowledge of state and federal dam safety design methodologies policies and regulations
  
• Project management/client relations experience
  
• Business development and proposal experience
  

Salary is commensurate with experience.
