Job Title: CITRIX ARCHITECT

1. Primarily responsible for the design implementation and support of solutions related to Citrix/Citrix Cloud projects and initiatives.
2. Design and implementation of Citrix Cloud environments
3. Migration from previous versions of Citrix to newer versions
4. Responsible for innovation roadmaps maintenance scheduling life cycle management and capacity management for the Citrix /Citrix Cloud environments and related dependent technologies.
5. Responsible for managing the daytoday administration planning and problemsolving for the Citrix environment on a 24x7 basis.
6. Ensures that a Service Catalog of all available services is developed and maintained and that the structure of service level agreements is fully defined by the mapping of services to users and business processes.
7. Supports Service Delivery Management teams to ensure solutions incorporate requisite operational methods procedures facilities and tools required to achieve defined operational metrics.
8. Provide Level 3 support for incidents investigations running forensics tools and event documentation/reporting.
9. Work with other Infrastructure Engineering Operation team members to architect design and implement Citrix Virtualization Solutions
10. Provide thought leadership and guidance for project teams and team members.
