Licensed Architect

Summary: We are currently seeking a Project Architect to work on various projects within our Architecture Market. The Project Architect will be responsible for managing projects including interacting with clients managing project personnel and budgets. This person must have their license registered and in good standing.

MUST HAVE

• Bachelors degree in architecture required.
• 7 15 years experience in architectural design and leading teams
• Registered Architect (Licensed) required.
• Expertise in AutoCAD

NICE TO HAVE

• LEED Green Associate or LEED AP preferred.
• Experience in Revit and SketchUp.

• Develop proposals for NEPA projects.
• Lead NEPA Program Business Development.
• Lead NEPA Project Teams.
• Develop and train additional NEPA Program Team members.
• Lead NEPA environmental assessment projects.
• Review project requirements and implement the necessary projects steps to be in compliance with environmental regulations under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
• Collect and analyze social economic and environmental data to be used in analyzing project impact and recommendations.
• Prepare NEPA documents including Categorical Exclusions (CEs) Environmental Assessments (EAs) and Environmental Impact Statements (EISs).
• Prepare reports and regulatory permits and approvals in compliance with environmental laws.
• Researches and makes recommendations for new (nonVA) NEPA work.
• Develops and implements a business development plan.
• Leads creates and implements public involvement activities including developing public involvement plans creating materials for communicating project information to the public and participating in public and stakeholder meetings.
