• Practicing Agile and DevOps methodologies as Team Lead driving high performance delivery through ambiguity
• Familiarity leading an area of a global scale technology platform/portfolio
• Ownership mindset across the entire product lifecycle including operability
• Fluency when communicating with business stakeholders and senior technical leadership
• Inclusive leadership style suitable for diverse hybrid and globally distributed teams
• Passionate about investing in people through coaching and development activities
• Good with designing solution and submitting design artifacts
• Good with creating HLD LLD System Architecture Diagram
• Excellent with skills including SPO SPFx ASP NET React
• Developing frontends using React and Typescript as a micro frontend (MFE)
• Developing microservices using ASP.NET Core C# and SOLID principles
• Persistence layers such as Blob and DocumentDB (CosmosDB)
• Hosting applications via Azure WebApps and Functions
• Good with overseeing and reviewing code ensuring PRs are up to the required quality standards.
• The project will be primarily developing a React based micro front end application with a dotnet api layer. The Database could be either Azure cosmos or Azure SQL.
• The app will primarily talk to SharePoint api to surface the content from sharepoint document libraries to the custom app
• who can help in designing and should have strong exposure to Event Sourcing Document DBs SharePoint Microfrontends
