Overview:

The Chat Process & Mail Process WFH role is essential to our organization as it directly interacts with our customers through online chat platforms and email correspondence. The incumbent will play a key part in delivering highquality customer service and support thereby maintaining and enhancing our customer satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and complete information to customers
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Manage and update customer accounts
  • Utilize provided resources to respond to customer inquiries
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels
  • Adhere to communication procedures guidelines and policies
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Identify and escalate recurring issues to minimize customer effort
  • Provide product information and support to customers
  • Assist in maintaining knowledge base for customers and internal use
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve customer satisfaction goals
  • Adapt to changes in technology processes and policies as required
  • Adhere to productivity and quality standards

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficiency in email etiquette and handling customer inquiries via email
  • Problemsolving skills to handle customer complaints and issues effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good knowledge of CRM systems and live chat platforms
  • Attention to detail in maintaining customer records and account information
  • Ability to maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and adhere to schedules
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office and email applications
  • Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills
  • Ability to adapt to and embrace changes in customer service processes and technology
