Job Role: Mortgage Sr Risk Analyst
Knowledge Skills Abilities (Competencies)
- Knowledge in origination processing underwriting closing funding or quality control.
- Knowledge in counterparty and/or operational risk.
- Strong ability to manage competing priorities on concurrent projects initiatives and deliverables.
- Strong ability to effectively and accurately hit deadlines.
- Strong ability to identify risk and suggest solutions for process improvements.
- Formal business writing skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Technical proficiency in the use of MS Office products for reporting data analytics and presentations.
Exp: 24yrs (mortgage industry with a focus on any of the following: risk settlement underwriting postclosing audit compliance or secondary marketing analysis.
Warehouse or correspondent lending environment preferred)
