Job Requirements

Knowledge/ Education / Previous Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree required (Pharmacy, Medicine or Vet) MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of previous Oncology /Hematology launch and commercial experience is required.
• Women cancer experience would be an advantage.
• Ability to travel as required by role (up to 40% of the time).

Essential Skills And Abilities

• Supervisory or management experience, including previous sales experience required
• Combines marketing and sales experience required • Hematology experience is an advantage to have but not mandatory
• Strong knowledge of the oncology and Hematology scientific background and clinical practice
• Proven leadership skills • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales & marketing position.
• Strong closing skills, coaching to team members
• Proven oral, written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Ability to learn and retain product specific information and utilize to position
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
