We are proud to support several MNC s from the Industrial Engineering Information Technology Marine and Life science sector that lead in their respective market segments for their regional HR needs.

Our area of expertise is in Recruitment and Selection Headhunting and Personality/ Psychometric Assessment for People Development.

We have offices and senior professionals based out of Singapore the United Kingdom China New Zealand and Sweden. We started our new operation in India in 2022 and are looking to build a team of specialists who are passionate about recruitment and like the idea of helping clients with their HR challenges and build someone s career. To establish a strong presence in the India market further we are looking to hire our:

Business Development Manager Recruitment / Principal Consultant/ Senior Consultant
(Based in Bengaluru)

ORGANIZATION:
Reporting to the Country Manager in India you will be in charge of building and developing a recruitment desk in the industrial or marine or IT sector through delivering an exceptional service and experience to our clients. You will be responsible for prospecting and accountmanaging new and existing key multinational and regional accounts across our emerging market operations with a key focus on executive recruitment business.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will be responsible for revenue generation by prospecting new clients and managing key accounts.
  • Working cohesively with a team of consultants you will be active in business development in order to build a solid client base that you will serve in coming years.
  • To identify new business opportunities and maintain comprehensive knowledge of relevant markets and industries you will network extensively and participate in industry specific events.
  • Apart from recruitment you will also manage and deliver strategic HR solutions to clients in their talent management issues.
  • You will have the opportunity to collaborate with our team across SouthEast Asia and support regional accounts.
  • Delivering activity targets on a biweekly monthly and annual basis you will regularly liaison with the senior Directors to make sure all efforts are in alignment.


Requirements

  • You have a bachelor s degree in any discipline a master s degree in management discipline will be advantageous.
  • You have 10 years of experience in a MNC preferably in Recruitment or Executive Search or HR Consulting or Service Industry.
  • At least 5 years of business development experience in selling services or recruitment or HR consulting services.
  • You are sales driven and enjoy winning and managing recruitment assignments.
  • Experience working in APAC region is a nice to have.
  • You have excellent account management and communication skills.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills to effectively build solid relationships with senior stakeholders at client s end.
  • Above all you are entrepreneurial proactive committed and passionate about your work and a funloving colleague.
