Job Description:
Hometek is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to join our team in Mumbai and Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team driving revenue growth and expanding our client base across the designated regions.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the sales team providing guidance coaching and support to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand the companys presence in the assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients architects builders and other stakeholders to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Directly engage with highvalue clients to understand their needs propose tailored solutions and negotiate contracts and agreements.
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats to the business.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing product development and customer support to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports forecasts and performance metrics to senior management highlighting achievements challenges and areas for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments new technologies and best practices to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation in sales processes and techniques.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales management with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Prior experience in similar industry or hotel management banking and insurance is a plus.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans and initiatives.
  • Ability to travel within the designated region (West India).
  • Proficiency in CRM software Microsoft Office Suite and other sales tools and technologies.
