Job Overview And Responsibility
Business Development
1. Developing and driving the Companys new business ventures in base and/or precious metals trade and recycling.
2. Distinguish and recognize the different types of catalytic converters available in the business countries market.
3. Analyze the profitability for purchasing the converters with consideration in cost efficiency and ensure that the business
dealings are profitable.
4. Recommend and work on growth strategies which include identifying and developing new client bases in all business
countries to improve collected volume and profit margin of the Company.
5. Initiate business meetings with clients/vendors regularly to build good rapport and maintain a longterm business
relationship.
6. Ensure all business development activities are in compliance with the Companys Marketing policy.
7. Driving debt recoveries from clients/vendors who failed to make payment within the credit terms.
Marketing Information Collection
1. Ensure that competitor analysis is being done regularly to understand the current market developments.
2. Attend trade events and conferences to understand the current market trends government regulations competitors
developments and ensure that targeted KPIs are aligned with the Companys marketing policy.
3. Submit sales and activity reports on a fortnightly basis to the Business Development Manager.
4. Meet the Companys Business Development KPIs including revenue and profits within the given time frame.
5. Manage vendors and clients information and ensure that they are updated in the Customer Relationship Management System.
6. Provide team members with suggestions relating to market and business development.
7. Any other adhoc duties related to the Companys business activities and the role.
