Job-Title: Business Analyst with Commercial Lending
Location: Washington, DC
Duration: Contract
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. We will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty instead of every year of education.
- At least 10 years of experience with Information Technology.
Preferred Experiences
- Business Analyst with 10+ yrs. of experience in the commercial lending domain.
- Lead large loans transformation programs successfully
- Performed the role as advisor/consulting and subsequently continue in the delivery lead capacity
- Experience in lending product/s
- Prior large-scale implementation experience is important
- Expert in Sopra banking is preferable but not necessary
- Excellent understanding of Commercial Lending
- Lead Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, and product prioritization meetings.
- Analytical and Communication skills
- Planning and Co-ordination skills
- Experience with Scrum and Product management
- Stakeholder management
