Job-Title: Business Analyst with Commercial Lending

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. We will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty instead of every year of education.
• At least 10 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred Experiences

• Business Analyst with 10+ yrs. of experience in the commercial lending domain.
• Lead large loans transformation programs successfully
• Performed the role as advisor/consulting and subsequently continue in the delivery lead capacity
• Experience in lending product/s
• Prior large-scale implementation experience is important
• Expert in Sopra banking is preferable but not necessary
• Excellent understanding of Commercial Lending
• Lead Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, and product prioritization meetings.
• Analytical and Communication skills
• Planning and Co-ordination skills
• Experience with Scrum and Product management
• Stakeholder management
