Full Time
- 10 12 years of BY TMS (modules mentioned above) experience of support and enhancements
- Provide a functional support to BAU activities as well product configuration troubleshooting etc.
- Good knowledge of Order Management Load Planning &Allocation Execution and Financial modules of TMS
- Knowledge of BY TP and BY BA Modules
- Knowledge of TMS architecture key data points for Inbound and Outbound Integration with TMS
- Knowledge of support process SLAs etc
- Proven experience of attending and resolving the critical issues within tight timelines
