Requirements:
Education: BBA/MBA
Experience: Minimum 2Years relevant experience.
Candidate who have banking experience or good contacts in banking sectors will be preferred.
Skills: Written and verbal communication skills are essential
Job Responsibilities:
Legal and Regulatory documents: To prepare the client agreement & addendum with the assistance of senior stake holders.
Tender & Proposal: To prepare the essential documents according to the requirement of client.
Vendor Registration: To gather the data from the concern departments and prepare the documents according to the requirement of client.
Meetings: Build and promote strong longlasting customer relationships by partnering with clients and understanding their needs.
Training: To assist the clients for demos regarding the new and existing products and also guidance to subordinates as well.
Invoicing: Timely dispatching of invoices with coordination with Finance Team and ensuring the invoices to the right POC over email and hardcopy as well.
Outstanding: Strong Followups and timely clearing of outstanding payments.
Off Hour Support: Providing broadcasting services to different corporate clients even after working hours and weekends/ holidays.
Product or service problems: Supervision of complains handling of financial institutions on the portfolio. And find the ways to increase the quality of customer services.
