Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Dispatch Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire dispatch process ensuring timely and efficient shipment of products for surveys to various countries including the USA and Canada. The role requires a strong understanding of market shipping rates excellent organizational skills and the ability to monitor and manage the dispatch process effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the shipment of products required for surveys to various international destinations.
• Ensure all shipments are prepared packaged and labeled correctly in accordance with destination requirements.
• Monitor and manage the entire dispatch process from initiation to delivery.
• Stay updated with market shipping rates and negotiate the best rates with shipping providers.
• Select appropriate shipping methods and carriers based on cost efficiency and reliability.
• Handle all shipping documentation including customs declarations and invoices.
• Track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise during transit.
• Provide regular updates to the management team on the status of shipments.
• Analyze shipping data to identify trends issues and opportunities for process improvement.
• Work closely with the market research and survey teams to understand product requirements and timelines.
• Communicate effectively with international clients and partners to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and readiness for dispatch.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business or a related field.
• 13 years of experience in dispatch coordination logistics or supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and market shipping rates.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in using logistics and tracking software.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
