Duties:
In partnership with a project manager, manages all aspects of small-scale projects over the entire life (initiate, plan, execute, control, close).
Key Responsibilities:
Executes and leads the execution of tasks as defined in the project management plan and actively manages project risk
Participates in the collection of detailed requirements to establish the project deliverables; and manages changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs in order to keep the project management plan updated and reflective of authorized project changes under the guidance of a project manager
Measures project performance using appropriate tools and techniques in order to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify any variances, perform any required corrective actions, and communicate to all stakeholders
Sets expectations in accordance with the project management plan, in order to align the stakeholders and team members
Other Incidental Duties (for example, supporting Project Management Office (PMO) in continuous improvement activities)
Skills:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong documentation and communication skills
Ability to proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization
Adhere to all EHS rules and requirements and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related field
No previous experience Required
Hands on experience managing small scale projects Preferred
