Open Position: Assistant Manager Global Sales (Oleochemicals Industry)

An international exporter of palm oil edible oils and oleochemicals industry is looking for Assistant Manager Global Sales (Oleochemicals) to be based in the Selangor office. You will be responsible to pinpoint potential clients in existing export market and explore new areas for business development.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop new clients from enquiries from many ways i.e. references exhibition websites.
  
• Pinpoint new markets that have potential for business development.
  
• Set pricing of products according to cost sheet.
  
• Negotiate and work out competitive pricing.
  
• Build and develop client base in oleochemicals.
  
• Oversee the entire order to delivery cycle to ensure excellent service to clients.
  
• Ensure payment terms risk management and credit limit exposures are in accordance to company s risk policies and procedures.
  
• Drive sales executive strategy.
  
• Strong product knowledge.
  
• Prepared for heavy travelling.
  
• At least a Degree in Food Science & Nutrition or Chemistry or Hospitality with 5 years working experience in Domestic/International sales.
  
• Quick decision maker with good logic and reasoning capabilities.
  
• Strong technical knowledge with good business acumen.
  
• Ready to be relocated to regional offices if required.
