Job Description

Prepare and present juvenile cases for informal hearings juvenile arraignments and or to be adjudicated in Juvenile Court as overseen by the Chief Tribal Prosecutor and or Juvenile Prosecutor on behalf of CTWS. Maintain confidentiality of all caserelated matters ensure all laws codes policies and procedures are followed manage a high volume of cases to include maintaining accurate and up to date records and documents. Effectively communicate with juveniles families Tribal Court personnel Tribal Federal and State agencies.

Requirements

Impartial and discretion are required with acceptable standards of conduct integrity judgment and ethics. No felony or misdemeanor convictions within the past 5 years to include no violations of tribal law. Must be 21 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent and 3 years work experience working in a tribal court system.
