Architecture Design Engineer

Job Description

• Creativity and ability to design diverse mega and complex architectural projects
• Prepare BOQ and Specs.
• Coordinate with other trades to solve any conflict between (Civil, Mech, Elect. etc…).
• Participate in resolving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.
• Meets with requester to determine requirements of projects design elements
• Performs original design work utilizing specifications, sketches and ideas on developing designs.
• Provide Engineering /Architectural Solutions to achieve project development goals & objectives.
• Assists in preparation of design development drawings.
• Coordinate with the commercial team regarding the marketing material and commercial requirements.
• Creating 3D models from architectural plans, rough sketches using 3D Max.
• Delivering Design Visualization & Presentation Projects to clients.
• Strong modeling skills: experienced in understanding and working with architectural plans, reading and working with CAD drawing files.
• Image editing skills: compositing images with tools like Photoshop & after effects, proficient in color correction, manipulating rendered images digitally to obtain the final look and feel.
• Strong organizational and time management skills particularly in handling various projects and deadlines.

Job Requirements

• BS degree in Architecture, Applied Arts major Interior Design (Ain shams/ Cairo University is preferable).
• 4+ years of proven working experience in decorating interior spaces.
• Good command of English language
• High Communication and presentation skills.
• High skills in preparation shop drawing details
• Creative
• Client oriented.
