Are you ready to turn your passion for carpentry into a fulfilling career Look no further than our this opportunity with a Southsidebased company that specialises in building the future through new childcare centres and commercial buildings.
We are seeking a fulltime apprentice to join our team and learn all aspects of the trade. From concreting to framing and beyond youll get handson experience in every facet of carpentry. Not only will you work on exciting projects but youll also be part of a supportive team thats dedicated to your success.
As an apprentice youll earn a junior wage but youll also gain valuable skills and knowledge that will set you up for longterm success. Youll also be employed on a fulltime permanent basis with the potential to stay on well beyond your apprenticeship.
To apply you will be under 21 and have a cando attitude (although mature age applicants may be considered) a willingness to learn and your own car (a ute is preferred but not essential). Most importantly you should be passionate about carpentry and committed to becoming a qualified carpenter.
Requirements
You must have:
- Can do attitude
- Willing to learn all aspects of your trade (not just framing)
- Have licence and your own car (ute preferred but not essential)
- Be prepared to travel across the greater Brisbane region for work
- Be serious about wanting to complete your trade and become a qualified carpenter
You will need to demonstrate why you are specifically wanting carpentry as a trade not just a job you have applied for.
