High level JD:

• 6 years of experience in Application Production Support in Linux platform.
• Strong Technical Troubleshooting skill
• Good experience in scripting Shell Automations
• Well versed with ITIL Incident Change Release management
• Basic knowledge of Middleware technologies Apache Tomcat
• Good experience on application monitoring tool like Splunk AppDynamics Grafana Premetheus.
• Good experience in AutoSys or any scheduling mechanism.
• Good experience in DevOps CI CD tools like Jenkins Ansible uDeploy etc
• Knowledge of Banking domain (preferable)
• Handle outage calls efficiently triage any issues and fix them.
• Do Root Cause Analysis of repetitive and problem issues.

• Report issues and resolve as per process and documentation.
• Basic knowledge of Database Oracle SQL
• Good understanding of Infrastructure Technologies like Linux Windows MW Database
• Good to have knowledge of AutoSys or any scheduling mechanism.
• Good to have DevOps SRE Automation cloud knowledge.
