Job Description

Tasks
- In this role, you will be part of a Switzerland-wide team that ensures the
operation and maintenance of applications. You will process actively
and independently incidents and requests - Your focus is on stability, quality improvement and problem management, and
you will provide technical support and troubleshoot issues together with
external experts - You implement new features and upgrades to keep the respective applications and security up to date
- You develop and maintain application and training documentation and
maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external
ICT partners - You will take part in the service management for local application services
in collaboration with our client's Global IT Organization - You work in a multicultural team
Requirements
- Higher education in IT, or 1st proven experience in IT and/or Application Operation Management
- Good experience in the operations area, in dealing with cloud computing
services and in the implementation and optimization of processes
including the associated IT systems - Ideally certifications and interest in further training in the area of
Operations, Microsoft Azure as well as Service Management ITIL. Or you
are ITIL 4 Foundation certified or ready to get certified - Fluent in English; knowledge of German is an asset
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail, and the desire to work
in an international environment as an innovative and motivated part of
our client's local Applications Operations team - Agility, positive mindset, sense of responsibility, flexibility and empathy are
just a few of the qualities that fit into this interesting team
