- Handle import airfreight shipments including preparing and checking import documentation, following up with customers, customs, and related parties, getting exemptions when possible to foreign customers, preparing the checklist for releasing DOs in addition to keeping the customers well informed about their shipments.
- Handle export airfreight shipments including preparing and checking export documentation, issuing AWBs, issuing security forms, and following up with customers, customs, and other related parties in addition to keeping the customers well informed about their shipments.
- Handling the overseas buyer's Accounts which requires the ability to operate on the systems provided by the agents, follow the agent's SOPs, meet all cut-offs and due dates, preparing all the needed documents to ensure the buyers are able to obtain their cargo upon arrival Hassle-free.
- Handle inland shipments for import and export.
