  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Cooperate in the recruitment and selection process in addition to the onboarding in order to attract and hire the best talent for the organization in a timely manner.

  • Compensation & Benefits: Administer the company's compensation and benefits and rewards programs to ensure that they align with business goals and attract, retain and award the top talent.

  • Performance Management: Collaborate in the performance management processes to ensure that the direct line managers setting goals and objectives for their team.

  • Learning & Development: Contribute with internal stakeholders to identify training needs that align with organizational goals and enhance employee skills and competencies and follow-up with employees on their learning programs in order to assess the effectiveness of the programs and tackle progress and outcomes.
