As we continue to grow we are seeking a detailoriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abuja Nigeria.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide support to our team and ensure the efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and resourceful individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Office Management: Maintain a wellorganized and efficient office environment. Manage office supplies and equipment and ensure their availability. Assist in the coordination of office events and meetings.

2. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to team members and management. Handle incoming calls emails and inquiries and redirect them as necessary. Draft and edit documents reports and correspondence.

3. Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings appointments and travel arrangements. Maintain and update team members calendars.

4. Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately input and maintain data in various systems. Assist in recordkeeping and filing of documents.

5. Communication: Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders. Assist in preparing internal and external communications

Requirements

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma required; additional certification or degree in Office Administration or related field is a plus.
Previous experience in a similar administrative role preferred.
