Job Title: Executive Assistant (Female Indian Expat).
Location: Ikoyi Lagos.
Job Responsibility:
1. Scan documents as required Filing drafting letters as per information shared.
2. Update databases and ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
3. Creating MOM of the meetings attended keep a calendar of appointments updated.
4. Arrange and coordinated timely deliveries of goods to the customers using (Car Boat or Dispatch companies)
5. Receives correspondent and deliver to the appropriate department.
6. Attend to requests queries by employees and clients/vendors and send report to the relevant department.
7. Maintain an uptodate record of all invoices and waybills for deliveries.
8. Coordinate office procedures.
9. Management of office equipment and maintain a filing system.
10. And any other duties/tasks that may be assigned from time to time
11. Coordinate with all department heads for reporting of daily operational tasks.
Requirements
QualificationMBA/ Post graduate.
Experience: 1 to 5 years.
Required: Hardworking smart female with good communication skills.
Good computer skills and word Excel and Microsoft package.
