Job Summary:

Be part of our clients team as an Admin Coordinator reaching out to travelers to obtain necessary documents for credentialing. You will review requirements files to identify outstanding items confirm validity of materials received and follow up via phone email and text.

  • Employment type: Full time
  • Shift: MF 11PM to 8AM
  • Work setup: Temporary WFH Makati
Job Description:
  • Reach out to travelers via text email and phone to explain needed documents and motivate them to provide necessary information.
  • Continuously review credentialing requirements to determine outstanding needs and confirm document validity.
Qualifications Needed:
  • Proficient in English for voice writing and data entry.
  • Preferably experienced in credentialing/backgroundcheck processes.
  • Possess 12 years of experience in any USbased voice work.
  • Strong communication skills in both writing and voice.
  • Familiarity with outbound calling to Recruiters and candidates.
