We are looking to hire a Nurse
Candidate should have Bachelor s Degree in Nursing with QCHP License
OR has Dataflow and Parametric completed
Minimum two years of experience
Applicants should be available in Doha for direct recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, develop, coordinate and monitor the delivery of health services for Marsa Malaz Kempinski, The Pearl.
Formulate, implement and evaluate policies and strategies for health protection and surveillance of team members to meet company requirements.
Promote team member s health and well-being.
Collaborates with ancillary support services in adherence to international standards to plan a safe, environment for staff including the provision of health education.
Plan and develop data collection and analysis methodologies for presentation and continuous improvements.
Communicate trends and advise on action plans to meet statutory and voluntary requirements for health protection and mandatory reporting to relevant authorities.
Contribute to the provision of training, advice, vaccinations, sickness / absence management, investigations of cases in occupational ill health and other general Occupational health issues.
Manage the Occupational Health budget to ensure adequate resources are available for optimum functioning of the service
Plan and organize operational activities in response to referrals from HR and other department managers
Plan, provide and evaluate staff assistance service such as Employee Assistance Program, Medical Health Insurance, Influenza Program and Well- Being program based on organization s requirement
Provide a collaborative approach to managing sickness and absence and other Occupational Health related issues.
Key Role Accountabilities:
Clinical Practice
Functions independently to evaluates and treats patients with complex acute, critical and chronically ill patients, according to written guidelines as defined by the nurse practitioners professional scope of practice as defined by the QCHP and in adherence with Sidras agreed upon scopes of practice
Performs age appropriate histories on new patients
Performs pertinent physical exams with assessment of the normal and abnormal findings on new patients
Obtains age appropriate interval histories on return patients
Performs focused examinations on return patients
Performs or requests and evaluates diagnostic studies as indicated upon evaluation of the patient
Customer Relations and Communication
Consistently utilizes and facilitates effective communication strategies giving appropriate and constructive feedback to individual patients, families, and other members of the health care team regarding behavior that is detrimental to the achievement of hospital and patient care goals and outcomes
In view of the evolving needs and opportunities within Sidra during this pre-operational phase, this position may be required to perform other duties as assigned and reporting relationships may vary.
Selection Criteria:
Degree from an accredited school of nursing
Holds the appropriate Board Certification for specialty
A minimum of 1-3 years experience with 3 years experience as a registered general nurse and a minimum of 2 years of experience as an APN in Pediatric Neurology
Basic Life Support certification (Pediatric/Adult)
