Account cum HR Snr Executive

Responsibilities:

Ensure timely accurate monthend closing and financial reporting to Management

Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements

Process payments for expenses in accordance with approved procedures and agreed credit terms

Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors tax agents corporate secretarial agents local tax and government authorities where required

Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements tax filing requirement audits procedures and forms both statutory and internal

Manage recruitment including but not limited to preparation of JD posting of job advertisements arrangement of interviewers preparation of employment contract and onboarding

Manage staff leave application and claims

Filing of employee income tax form

Preparing monthly payroll

Assist in new processes and system implementation when required

Any other adhoc duties assigned

Requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting / HR or relevant
  
• Previous experience as HR or Account executive/officer within manufacturing industry.
  
• Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
  
• Able to evaluate diagnose and troubleshoot problems
  
• A team player with ability to work under minimum supervision
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
