- Assist in developing sales department’s strategic plan
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers
- Build and motivate telesales department
- Define and ensure high performance standards
- Provide feedback on sales activities, participate in ongoing sales training
- Ensure proper training is in place
- Coordinate daily sales calls activities
- Develop, maintain, and deliver sales forecasts
- Develop and oversee telesales action plans
- Oversee and manage both quality and volume of new customer acquisition via telesales team
- Coordinate daily workflow for a team of telesales representatives
- Design and implement strategies and tactics to maximize conversion rate and revenue growth
- Develop and manage all outbound and inbound sales efforts
- Develop and lead a team to achieve goals
