- Ensure that the delivered system fulfils the customer requirements and expectations in addition to the Product supporting and internal functions (Communication, Diagnostics, Operating modes, failsafe strategy...)
- Defines system requirements for the Communications, Diagnostics and Error Mgmt function.
- Cooperates with FO Lead/SW Architects, HW, Mechatronics, Software Development and Test engineers to ensure consistency relating to Diagnostics and Error Mgmt function.
- Defines the product supporting functions with respect to boundaries, conditions and constraints
- Ensures smooth communication between the project team and customer in regards to Diagnostics and Error Mgmt function
- Aligns/agrees on customer requirements, drives and tracks the continuous development progress, reports the status and finally drives the release process.
- Define the Function Decomposition and requirements classification and documenting them in Requirements management Tools
- Ensures the alignment of all involved development disciplines such as Sys, HW, Mechatronics, SW Architect, SW Project Manager, SW and System Test Lead, Functional Safety Engineer, SW Requirement Engineer
- Contributes to the System release Plan for the supporting functions In case of deviations defined together with the Functional Core Team countermeasures. In case the Functional Core Team cannot solve the issue by itself escalates the topic to the System TPM and provides adequate information and proposals for decision making
