- Thorough knowledge of accounting and auditing theories, principles, and practices.
- Thorough knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and generally accepted auditing standards (GAAS) .
- Ability to determine violations, non-compliance, and accounting irregularities and recommend effective corrective measures.
- Ability to write and review audit findings and reports.
- Ability to justify findings to auditees. Ability to schedule, directs, and train auditors.
- Ability to organize and direct the flow of work on complex audits for a group of assigned workers.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 2-4 years of professional level external audit and/or compliance auditing experience (preferably With big 4 firms)
- Preferable acquiring Certificate of Public Accountant (CPA) or Certificate of Internal audit (CIA)
- CISA
- ISO
