The selected candidate will work closely with experienced attorneys on complex cases gain meaningful client exposure and take on substantive responsibilities from day one. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle bankruptcy and restructuring matters throughout all stages of representation
- Draft motions pleadings briefs and related legal documentation
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic case analysis

- Participate in hearings negotiations and litigation-related proceedings
- Collaborate with legal teams on complex and high-value matters
Qualifications:
- 3 years of bankruptcy experience
- Active New Jersey Bar admission required
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Litigation experience is a plus
