About the Role:

An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking a Bankruptcy Associate to join its New Jersey office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney looking to work on sophisticated bankruptcy and restructuring matters in a collaborative and fast-paced legal environment.

The selected candidate will work closely with experienced attorneys on complex cases gain meaningful client exposure and take on substantive responsibilities from day one. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle bankruptcy and restructuring matters throughout all stages of representation
• Draft motions pleadings briefs and related legal documentation
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic case analysis
• Communicate effectively with clients attorneys and court personnel
• Participate in hearings negotiations and litigation-related proceedings
• Collaborate with legal teams on complex and high-value matters

Qualifications:

• 3 years of bankruptcy experience
• Active New Jersey Bar admission required
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
• Litigation experience is a plus
