About the Role:

A highly respected and dynamic law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3 years of sophisticated commercial litigation experience to join its Texas office.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated attorney to work on complex and high-profile litigation matters in a collaborative fast-paced and intellectually engaging environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle sophisticated commercial litigation matters through all phases of litigation.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions pleadings briefs and other litigation-related documents.
• Assist in developing litigation strategies and case assessments.
• Manage discovery processes document review and deposition preparation.
• Participate in hearings mediations court appearances and trial preparation.
• Collaborate closely with partners and litigation teams on complex disputes and case strategy.
• Communicate effectively with clients while providing exceptional legal support and service.
• Manage multiple assignments and deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sophisticated commercial litigation.
• Active Texas Bar admission is required.
• Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical research and drafting abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated commitment to professionalism client service and legal excellence.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
