A leading law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate to join its Boca Raton or Miami office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with strong transactional real estate experience who is looking to work on sophisticated commercial real estate matters within a collaborative and fast-paced legal environment.

The selected candidate will work closely with experienced attorneys and clients on a broad range of transactional matters including acquisitions dispositions financing leasing and development projects. This role offers significant client exposure hands-on responsibility and excellent opportunities for continued professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle sophisticated commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing
• Draft review and negotiate purchase agreements leases financing documents and related transactional agreements
• Conduct due diligence and assist with transaction management
• Advise clients on commercial real estate matters and strategic business considerations
• Collaborate with attorneys lenders developers and clients on complex transactions
• Maintain strong client relationships while providing high-quality legal service

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in general commercial real estate with an emphasis on transactional matters
• Florida Bar admission required
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical negotiation and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage sophisticated matters in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to professionalism collaboration and client service
