Key Responsibilities:

• Handle sophisticated commercial litigation matters through all phases of litigation.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions pleadings briefs and related legal documents.
• Assist in developing litigation strategies and case analysis.
• Manage discovery document review and preparation for depositions and hearings.
• Participate in court appearances trial preparation and client meetings.
• Collaborate closely with partners and litigation teams on complex legal matters.
• Maintain strong and responsive client relationships.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sophisticated commercial litigation.
• Active Florida Bar admission is required.
• Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.
• Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong legal research analytical and drafting abilities.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing within a collaborative team environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to professionalism client service and high-quality legal work.
