About the Role:

A well-established and highly respected law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3 years of sophisticated commercial litigation experience to join its New Jersey office.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on complex and high-stakes litigation matters within a collaborative and fast-paced legal environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sophisticated commercial litigation matters through various stages of litigation.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions pleadings briefs and other litigation- related documents.
• Assist with litigation strategy development and case preparation.
• Handle discovery document review and deposition preparation.
• Participate in hearings court appearances and trial preparation.
• Collaborate closely with partners and litigation teams on complex legal matters.
• Communicate effectively with clients while providing responsive and high-quality legal

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sophisticated commercial litigation.
• Active New Jersey Bar admission is required.
• Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical research and legal drafting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to professionalism client service and legal excellence.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities .
