Key Responsibilities:

• Handle sophisticated commercial litigation matters through all stages of litigation.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings motions briefs and other legal documents.
• Assist in developing case strategy and preparing matters for hearings depositions
• Manage discovery processes document review and case analysis.
• Collaborate closely with partners and litigation teams on complex disputes.
• Participate in client meetings court appearances and litigation-related proceedings.
• Maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication
• Effectively manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a demanding

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of sophisticated commercial litigation experience.
• Active New York Bar admission is required.
• Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical research and legal drafting abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
