Jump at this opportunity to make a real impact on the future of talent at PwC. Were looking for an Early Careers Manager to join our team in Tāmaki Makaurau / Auckland.
In this pivotal role youll lead the delivery and ongoing evolution of our early careers programmes; helping attract engage and develop emerging talent aligned to PwCs workforce needs and people strategy. From shaping standout candidate experiences to driving innovative talent initiatives youll play a key role in building the next generation of PwC talent.
This is a dynamic high-profile role within our high-performing team offering the chance to bring fresh ideas influence strategy and create meaningful impact.
Your day-to-day could include:
Managing and driving the development and execution of PwC New Zealands early careers strategy including graduate internship scholarship and emerging talent initiatives.
Developing innovative attraction and sourcing strategies to build a strong and diverse pipeline of future talent aligned to workforce planning priorities.
Owning the planning and design of annual early careers recruitment campaigns including recruitment process design assessment approach candidate experience timelines and technology requirements.
Partnering with universities external providers and key stakeholders to strengthen PwCs employer brand and market presence.
Supporting onboarding and programme experiences that enhance engagement development and retention outcomes.
Building trusted relationships with leaders and provide guidance on early careers recruitment talent trends and best practice.
Collaborating across People & Culture and the business to align programme delivery with strategic workforce needs.
Using reporting and insights to monitor programme effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Leading coaching and supporting the development of the Early Careers Advisor.

5 years Talent Acquisition experience in professional services or a large complex firm.
Proven experience leading early careers graduate internship or talent acquisition programmes.
Strong understanding of talent attraction sourcing and assessment methodologies.
Experience designing and delivering engaging candidate experiences.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability.
Excellent communication facilitation and influencing skills.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to use data and insights to inform decision-making.
Experience working with talent management and recruitment systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated commitment to diversity equity and inclusion.
Strong project management and organisational skills.
