The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing rotomoulding production operations while ensuring quality efficiency and operational excellence within the manufacturing environment.

Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily rotomoulding production activities.
- Monitor machine operations mould changes heating and cooling cycles and production schedules.
- Ensure products meet required quality and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot production and process-related issues within the plant.
- Supervise and manage production staff ensuring productivity and adherence to company procedures.
- Monitor raw material usage and minimise wastage.
- Ensure preventative maintenance and basic upkeep of rotomoulding equipment.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the production environment.
- Work closely with management to improve production efficiency and output.
- Experience working with large-scale roto moulded plastic products is essential.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of rotomoulding / rotational moulding processes.
- Experience producing large-scale polyethylene and plastic products.
- Good leadership and supervisory skills.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
- Strong understanding of plastics manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Polymer Technology Plastics Technology Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a rotomoulding or plastics manufacturing environment.
- Previous supervisory experience within a production or manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with large-scale rotomoulding operations is essential.
