Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily shop operations to ensure smooth outlet performance
- Drive sales growth and ensure achievement of set targets
- Manage coach and motivate shop staff to improve productivity and service delivery
- Monitor stock levels merchandising standards and product displays
- Ensure high standards of customer service and effectively resolve customer queries
- Prepare sales performance reports and provide market feedback
- Implement marketing and promotional activities at shop level
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
Key skills:
- Problem solving and customer query resolution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi task
Qualifications:
- Degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Sales Market Development and Customer Care within an FMCG environment
- Retail shop management experience will be a distinct advantage
