Job Summary
Our client is looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations ensuring output targets quality standards and safety requirements are consistently met.
Salary and Benefits:
- USD 2000 Gross
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output quality and efficiency targets.
- Lead motivate and develop production teams fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for optimisation waste reduction and improved workflow.
- Implement Lean manufacturing tools process mapping and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyse production data to identify trends bottlenecks and performance gaps.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards quality procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with maintenance quality and engineering teams to resolve operational issues.
- Prepare production reports track KPIs and support planning and scheduling activities.
- Train staff on new processes equipment and best practices.
- Support leadership with strategic projects and contribute to long term operational improvements.
Key Skills:
- 2 5 years experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment.
- Strong understanding of production processes equipment and workflow optimisation.
- Proficiency in process mapping Lean manufacturing tools and data analysis.
- Experience supervising teams or leading operational projects is an advantage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
