Job Description

Description of the work task:

• Planning and construction of difficult and extensive tests and test series Prioritize test and inspection work.
• Collaboration in the planning of tests investigations individual tests and test series on products/assemblies (hardware and software systems etc.) according to general instructions and taking into account economic aspects and taking into account the applicable standards.
• Define and carry out the structure of the test and inspection arrangements.
• If necessary adapt existing test and inspection equipment to the respective task.
• Prepare objects for scanning. Investigation and coordination of customers/product complaints.
• Monitoring and evaluation of difficult and extensive tests
• Collaboration in the preparation of test plans and monitoring of test execution (individual endurance tests and test series) e.g. to ensure all defined software and hardware functions determination of reliability with complex test setups and test techniques depending on numerous mutually influencing parameters.
• Check schedules and adjust them if necessary.
• Make calculations. Log or check results convert them if necessary taking environmental influences into account. Evaluate test data and interpret results. Write reports. Suggest further activities or feedback to other areas (R&D marketing etc.). Suggest improvements to the examined objects.
• Modification maintenance and care of equipment and systems.
• Document the causes of errors sources of interference and maintenance and repair activities.
• Ensure calibration of the test equipment.
