Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented HR leader with extensive expertise in Talent Acquisition HR Operations Workforce Planning and Stakeholder Management. The incumbent will be responsible for driving large-scale hiring initiatives leading recruitment operations building talent pipelines improving hiring efficiencies and partnering with business leaders to support organizational growth objectives.
The ideal candidate should possess strong exposure to volume and lateral hiring global recruitment operations people management recruitment analytics process optimization and strategic workforce planning within dynamic and fast-paced environments.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
• Lead end-to-end recruitment operations for lateral volume and niche hiring requirements.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business growth plans.
• Manage workforce planning talent forecasting and succession planning initiatives.
• Build strong talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels including job portals social media referrals networking and campus hiring.
• Drive global hiring initiatives and support cross-border recruitment requirements.
Stakeholder & Client Management
• Partner with business leaders hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on hiring trends market intelligence compensation benchmarking and talent availability.
• Ensure strong stakeholder engagement through regular governance reviews hiring updates and workforce insights.
Team Leadership & People Management
• Lead and mentor recruitment and HR operations teams to achieve hiring and operational goals.
• Drive team productivity capability building coaching and performance management.
• Foster a high-performance and collaborative work culture.
Recruitment Operations & Process Excellence
• Establish and streamline recruitment processes policies SLAs and governance frameworks.
• Monitor recruitment metrics including TAT cost-per-hire source effectiveness conversion ratios and quality of hire.
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies audit requirements and quality standards.
Vendor & Channel Management
• Manage recruitment vendors consultants and sourcing partners.
• Evaluate vendor performance and optimize channel effectiveness to improve hiring outcomes and reduce costs.
• Drive direct sourcing and low-cost hiring initiatives.
Analytics & Reporting
• Generate recruitment MIS dashboards hiring analytics attrition trends and workforce insights.
• Present actionable recommendations to leadership based on data analysis and market trends.
• Support strategic decision-making through HR metrics and reporting.
Employee Engagement & HR Initiatives
• Support employee engagement initiatives skip-level meetings feedback mechanisms and organizational branding activities.
• Collaborate with HR teams on retention strategies and employee experience improvement initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources Business Administration or related discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Experience
• 15–20 years of experience in Talent Acquisition HR Operations and Recruitment Delivery.
• Strong experience in ITES/BPO Shared Services Telecom Media or Operations-driven industries.
• Proven experience managing large recruitment teams and handling high-volume hiring mandates.
• Exposure to global hiring and stakeholder management across geographies preferred.
