  • Conduct briefing sessions with concerned employees on expectations timelines and deliverables.

  • Track weekly and monthly performance progress against defined KPIs.

  • Maintain all documentation related to PIP initiation follow-ups and closure.

  • Provide timely updates to HR leadership and function heads.

  • Identify performance gaps and support capability-building interventions.

  • Partner with L&D teams for upskilling opportunities linked to PIP outcomes.
