Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment Developer and other software positions
- Source candidates through job portals LinkedIn referrals and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and HR evaluations
- Assess candidate proficiency in C# .NET Core MVC SQL Server and related technologies
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and ATS regularly
- Ensure offer rollouts negotiations and follow-ups till joining
- Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Ensure hiring timelines and quality benchmarks are met
