Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment Developer and other software positions
Source candidates through job portals LinkedIn referrals and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and HR evaluations
Assess candidate proficiency in C# .NET Core MVC SQL Server and related technologies
Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers
Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring lifecycle
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and ATS regularly
Ensure offer rollouts negotiations and follow-ups till joining
Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements
Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Ensure hiring timelines and quality benchmarks are met
